Each and every home computer is equipped with Notepad, which can be used to create websites from scratch if you have a comfortable understanding of HTML coding. The biggest benefit I think though is that by starting off with free websites and learning how to promote them etc then you will be equipped with the knowledge to then go and buy a website through which you can start making the mega bucks.
